Terms and Conditions
1. Registration Fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable.
2. Monthly payments are allowed as a convenience to parents and may be withdrawn for failure to meet due dates. The monthly breakdown can be found below.
3. Tuition is due in full regardless of whether school is in session for the whole month or not.
4. Failure to meet monthly payments will result in dismissal of students from AbuBakr Academy.
5. Dismissal or withdrawal from AbuBakr Academy during the school year will require tuition for its respective semester to be due. The semesters are:
1st Semester - September 2025 - January 2026
2nd Semester - February 2026 - June 2026
6. Any outstanding balance due on a student will result in the withholding of student records.
7. In the event of withdrawal once school starts, tuition payments processed prior to withdrawal are non-refundable.
8. A $25 fee will be charged for returned payments, after which payment will be required by cash or certified check.
9. AbuBakr Academy reserves the right to publish your child’s picture on the website and other school publications
10. AbuBakr Academy reserves the right to dismiss a student whom we determine we are unable to meet their needs.
11. AbuBakr Academy reserves the right to refuse service if terms and conditions are disputed or violated.
12. AbuBakr Academy reserves the right to deny admission to any applicant.
